removing salon nails

Can someone please tell me how to remove salon nails without going back to the salon?

hi my name is kaye i am a nail technicion just go to your local buety shop and buy some acetone or you can use nail varnish remover with acetone in it.
most people say not to use it because it takes them off! from nottingham in england

NEVER EVER Pick them! Best way is to find a salon that removes them with a removal unit, this then does not harm your natural nail! If no salon offers this then remove them yourself by soaking them in acetone, treat the cuticles with oil (a must) then buff them for a smooth finish. Please don't forget that ALL nail extensions will to some extent harm the natural nail, however, I have had acrylic overlay for 13 years now! And would NEVER do without!

It is easy just go to a walmart and by some pure acetone and soak them off yourself

I have a set of Solarnails on right now. I want to remove them but cannot pay a salon at this time. What can I use at home to remove them without tearing my nails up completely?
