acrylic nails suck

dont get them. they suck. you get stuff under them which is really gross and they are a pain to get off. JUST SAY NO. hope that helps

Hi. I'm really sorry that you feel that way about acrylic nails! I ask you, what type of salon gave you such dreadfull nails? Any chance it was a discount salon? I have been doing acrylic and fiberglass nails for eight years and I can guarantee that if you had your nails done by an experienced, licensed nail tech who used legal brand products on your nails and not discounted, dental acrylic, you would feel alot different. Please, don't let your bad experience taint your thoughts forever. There are alot of really good nail techs out there who have paid alot of money for their education and truly have your best interest in mind. Just remember one thing when you choose a nail saoln: There may be nail tech licenses on the wall, but that doesn't mean they belong to anyone in there! Go to a repuable salon because the saying is true, "you pay for what you get". Good luck!

People get a fungus or infections only because they are nasty and dont keep their hands clean like they should.I have done nails for 8 years.

Yah is truth they will suck

Yah is truth they will suck your real nails and your nails will become very thin. if next time you all take out your nail you will pain for around 1month time.

I have had acrylics before

I have had acrylics before and the last time I did get a fungus and said I would never do it again. Now I would like to get them again. Everyone that has ever done my nails have said they are so brittle and weak. Well my question is everywhere around here uses the MMA. What should I do? I am in Memphis TN anyone know of a good place? Is MMA really that bad? I have had them done with that before with no trouble. Other than terrible nails afterwards but that is expected.
