I am a nail biter which seems to be a problem that I can't shake. I have met other biters that say the same thing. People are giving me hints that I should stop...for instance, manicure gift certificates etcetera. I am embarrassed to go have a manicure done, and don't know if they could even help me. My nails are pretty short, can they still do a manicure?
